TV pre-World Cup

Although the last days have been very busy I found some time to spy on how the Portuguese and English TV channels are preparing for the World Cup. Sorry once again for “putting the finger in the wound” but the Portuguese programmes, comments and coverage are disgraceful. An awful song (nanananananana), press conferences where everybody says common things and lined-up cues, a shameful lack of historical sense and interest on teams other than the Portuguese. A lesson: ITV1 late evenings: World Cup Heaven and Hell. “A collection of clips from past tournaments revealing goals that influenced not only the result of the game, but the course of history as well.”.
